Welcome to Your
Path to Wellness
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed to practice ABA in Vermont since 2016. With over 13 years of experience in both mental health and private practice settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting young children and families through many different challenges.
In December 2024, I completed a second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to deepen my work and better integrate the tools from both behavior analysis and counseling. I’m especially passionate about helping families find practical, meaningful solutions that improve day-to-day life.
If you’re looking for short-term focused support for specific concerns—whether it’s parenting challenges, feeding issues, behavior struggles, or anything impacting your child’s happiness—we might be a good fit! I work collaboratively with you to understand your family’s unique values, goals, and strengths, and together we build solutions that feel right for your life.
My approach is grounded in person-centered care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I specialize in areas like behavioral pediatrics, developmental disabilities, feeding concerns, trauma-informed care, and clinical behavior analysis. I also have experience supporting organizations and teams through behavior-based leadership and management strategies.
Above all, I aim to bring compassion, clarity, and creativity to the work I do—so families feel heard, supported, and empowered.
